Will this help me get my full security deposit back?
We clean to the standard most walkthrough inspections check against — inside appliances, baseboards, cabinets — but the deposit decision is always the landlord’s. What we can promise is nothing on the checklist gets skipped because the unit is empty.
Do I need to be there for a move out cleaning service?
No. Most clients coordinate lockbox or key access with us and their landlord, property manager or agent directly, and get a text when we’re done.
Is move-in cleaning the same as a regular house cleaning?
No, move-in cleaning goes deeper — inside cabinets and drawers, appliance interiors, closets — since a home just changed hands and nobody knows exactly what the previous residents actually cleaned.
Do you clean apartments as well as houses?
Yes. Apartment move out cleaning and move-in cleaning both follow the same checklist, just scaled to the unit size.
How far in advance should I book?
