A quieter corner of the Keys

Local cleaning for a small island with big standards

Key Colony Beach is its own little city within Marathon — low-rise condos, waterfront homes and a handful of vacation rentals, all within walking distance of each other. A cleaning service Key Colony Beach FL homeowners can count on has to work around HOA schedules, condo access rules and guest turnovers, not just show up whenever. Cleaning Services GM already covers this island as part of our regular route, with the same background-checked crew and flat pricing we use everywhere else in the Keys.
Every service, right here

House cleaning, a cleaning service, or turnover — one local crew

Whether you need house cleaning Key Colony Beach residents book on a recurring schedule, a cleaning service Key Colony Beach homeowners trust with a spare key, or vacation rental cleaning Key Colony Beach FL hosts rely on between guests, it’s the same checklist and the same crew every time — no separate pricing for a smaller island.

Waterfront condo building on Key Colony Beach, Florida Keys, an area served by Cleaning Services GM

Built for condos and waterfront homes

We know the buildings, not just the island

Key Colony Beach runs on a mix of oceanfront condo buildings and single-family homes, each with its own access rules, elevator schedules or HOA sign-in sheet. We coordinate ahead of time so cleanings go smoothly, whether that means checking in at a front desk or meeting a property manager for a key.

It’s the same standard as any home we clean in the Keys — just with a little extra coordination built in.

There are no people in my life that I trust more than Maria. Never a doubt about quality. She is amazing. Skilled, honest Hard working and reliable. I can not say enough about how she trulY cares about creating a comfortable HOME and not just a clean house. Anyone who gets the opportunity to work with her will be impressed and happy. I have Known Maria the owner for more than 15 years. In that time she have looked after cleaning at my property’s in the Lower keys and when IRMA washed my home away and I moved way South, Maria would make the drive from Marathon all the way down to take care of my cleaning and moving services. I’ve travelled a lot and Maria took on a role as a Property manager for me, not only did she clean, but she was taking care of me. Almost like a caring mother or friend. Going above and beyond. Things like taking the initiative to buy food for my fridge for when I get back from a long trip and when I moved out of country half of the year she kept on taking care in my home. I am happy to provide references on her and Company. No one better

We’ve been using Maria and her cleaning team for our vacation rental home for over 4 years, and I truly can’t recommend them enough! Yari is the wonderful lady who takes care of our home, and she consistently goes above and beyond, especially anytime something extra is needed. What I love most is her attention to detail. From the cute touches with the toilet paper to the beautiful bows she makes with the blankets, she makes our home feel like a luxury hotel for our guests. ✨ It’s those little details that make such a difference! Yari also gives us great suggestions for the home and is always thinking about ways we can make our guests’ stay even better. She genuinely cares about the property and takes so much pride in what she does, which means so much to us as vacation rental owners. After 4 years, we continue to trust and appreciate Maria, Yari, and their team. They’re reliable, thoughtful, detail-oriented, and always willing to go the extra mile. We’re so grateful to have them taking care of our home!
