Why local matters

Based in Marathon, not just driving through

A cleaning service Marathon FL residents can actually rely on has to understand this place specifically — salt air and humidity wear down homes here faster than almost anywhere else in the country. We’re not a call center routing your job to a subcontractor an hour away. Cleaning Services GM is based right here in 33050, which means faster scheduling, real familiarity with local homes, and a crew that shows up knowing the difference between a mainland house and a Keys one.

The cleaning company Marathon FL homeowners already trust

House cleaning, a cleaning service, or just “the people who clean my house”

Whether you’re searching for house cleaning Marathon FL rentals need between guests, a cleaning service Marathon Florida homeowners can put on a recurring schedule, or housekeeping Marathon Florida Keys style — salt-air-aware, hurricane-season-flexible — it’s the same local crew and the same standard every time. See exactly what that costs in our Marathon-area pricing guide.

What we do in Marathon

Every service, right here in 33050

One crew, one standard, across the Middle and Lower Keys.

Meet your local crew

The same faces, every visit

We cover all of Vaca Key, the island Marathon sits on — Sombrero Beach, Coco Plum, and the homes and condos around Boot Key Harbor. Being local means we’re not learning your neighborhood for the first time when we show up.

It also means faster response when something’s urgent — a same-day vacation rental turnover, a last-minute move-out clean before a lease ends — because we’re already here, not driving in from Key West or the mainland.

There are no people in my life that I trust more than Maria. Never a doubt about quality. She is amazing. Skilled, honest Hard working and reliable. I can not say enough about how she trulY cares about creating a comfortable HOME and not just a clean house. Anyone who gets the opportunity to work with her will be impressed and happy. I have Known Maria the owner for more than 15 years. In that time she have looked after cleaning at my property’s in the Lower keys and when IRMA washed my home away and I moved way South, Maria would make the drive from Marathon all the way down to take care of my cleaning and moving services. I’ve travelled a lot and Maria took on a role as a Property manager for me, not only did she clean, but she was taking care of me. Almost like a caring mother or friend. Going above and beyond. Things like taking the initiative to buy food for my fridge for when I get back from a long trip and when I moved out of country half of the year she kept on taking care in my home. I am happy to provide references on her and Company. No one better

We’ve been using Maria and her cleaning team for our vacation rental home for over 4 years, and I truly can’t recommend them enough! Yari is the wonderful lady who takes care of our home, and she consistently goes above and beyond, especially anytime something extra is needed. What I love most is her attention to detail. From the cute touches with the toilet paper to the beautiful bows she makes with the blankets, she makes our home feel like a luxury hotel for our guests. ✨ It’s those little details that make such a difference! Yari also gives us great suggestions for the home and is always thinking about ways we can make our guests’ stay even better. She genuinely cares about the property and takes so much pride in what she does, which means so much to us as vacation rental owners. After 4 years, we continue to trust and appreciate Maria, Yari, and their team. They’re reliable, thoughtful, detail-oriented, and always willing to go the extra mile. We’re so grateful to have them taking care of our home!
