Built for Duck Key's rental market

Same-day turnovers, not a scheduling headache

Duck Key runs on vacation rentals, from the homes around Hawks Cay to the smaller waterfront properties along the canals. A cleaning service Duck Key Florida hosts can count on has to work around guest checkout and check-in, not the other way around. That’s the whole model Cleaning Services GM is built on — same-day turnovers, a photo checklist after every clean, and a crew that already knows this island.
Every service, right here

House cleaning, a cleaning service, or turnover — one local crew

Not every property on Duck Key is a rental. For house cleaning Duck Key residents book on a recurring schedule, or a cleaning service Duck Key homeowners trust with a spare key, it’s the same background-checked crew and the same standard as any Duck Key vacation rental turnover we run — just a different calendar.

There are no people in my life that I trust more than Maria. Never a doubt about quality. She is amazing. Skilled, honest Hard working and reliable. I can not say enough about how she trulY cares about creating a comfortable HOME and not just a clean house. Anyone who gets the opportunity to work with her will be impressed and happy. I have Known Maria the owner for more than 15 years. In that time she have looked after cleaning at my property’s in the Lower keys and when IRMA washed my home away and I moved way South, Maria would make the drive from Marathon all the way down to take care of my cleaning and moving services. I’ve travelled a lot and Maria took on a role as a Property manager for me, not only did she clean, but she was taking care of me. Almost like a caring mother or friend. Going above and beyond. Things like taking the initiative to buy food for my fridge for when I get back from a long trip and when I moved out of country half of the year she kept on taking care in my home. I am happy to provide references on her and Company. No one better

We’ve been using Maria and her cleaning team for our vacation rental home for over 4 years, and I truly can’t recommend them enough! Yari is the wonderful lady who takes care of our home, and she consistently goes above and beyond, especially anytime something extra is needed. What I love most is her attention to detail. From the cute touches with the toilet paper to the beautiful bows she makes with the blankets, she makes our home feel like a luxury hotel for our guests. ✨ It’s those little details that make such a difference! Yari also gives us great suggestions for the home and is always thinking about ways we can make our guests’ stay even better. She genuinely cares about the property and takes so much pride in what she does, which means so much to us as vacation rental owners. After 4 years, we continue to trust and appreciate Maria, Yari, and their team. They’re reliable, thoughtful, detail-oriented, and always willing to go the extra mile. We’re so grateful to have them taking care of our home!
